How payments are handled
Crypto and Fiat projects use separate payment processes. For crypto payments, users control their wallets and DEELO does not hold user crypto funds. Fiat means provider-processed payments in ordinary currency, such as supported credit or debit card payments and, where available, supported bank-payment methods. DEELO is not a bank, payroll provider, or crypto exchange.
Wallets are not the general signup path
Choose the Crypto workspace only when the project uses crypto payments. Choose the Fiat workspace when participants sign in by email. Before connecting a wallet, make sure you understand the network, token, amount, and fee shown in each prompt.
Never share wallet secrets
- Never share your seed phrase or private key with DEELO, support staff, vendors, clients, or reviewers.
- DEELO support will not ask for your seed phrase, private key, or wallet recovery phrase.
- Use a wallet you trust and review or revoke old approvals you no longer need.
- Do not approve a transaction if the token, network, amount, or contract looks wrong.
Before each wallet approval
- Confirm you are on the expected DEELO domain.
- Confirm the connected wallet address is the intended role wallet.
- Confirm the network and token match the Project Phase.
- Read the wallet fee estimate and reject the action if it is not expected.
- Stop if the wallet prompt asks for unlimited access or an unexpected asset.
Irreversible action reminder
Blockchain actions can become final after confirmation. If you are not sure, stop before signing and contact DEELO support.
