Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains permitted and prohibited use of DEELO during Launch 1.

DEELO Launch 1 may be used only for lawful, fixed-scope digital service projects with clear deliverables, measurable Project Phases, defined Milestone Deliverables, and Client/Vendor relationships suitable for controlled beta support.

Users must not use DEELO for unlawful activity, fraud, deception, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, harassment, threats, coercion, exploitation, false project records, fake Milestone Deliverables, or bad-faith review and escalation requests.

Users must not use DEELO for gambling, adult services, weapons, controlled goods, restricted medical services, regulated advice, lending, credit, investment products, securities, derivatives, managed funds, yield, staking, token sales, currency exchange, remittance, or activity designed to bypass payment or legal controls.

Users must not use DEELO as a crypto exchange, mixer, bridge, wallet safekeeping service, private-key custody service, remittance service, or route to avoid payment-provider, sanctions, compliance, or platform controls.

Users must not misrepresent their role as a Client, Vendor, Project Reviewer, Escalated Reviewer, administrator, company representative, payment recipient, or authorised wallet user.

Users must not submit false evidence, manipulate review outcomes, harass reviewers or counterparties, create duplicate abusive accounts, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with smart contracts, or pressure another user into a payment or release action outside the agreed workflow.

DEELO may restrict, suspend, terminate, block, label, flag, or report accounts, Projects, Project Phases, wallets, review cases, or activity where DEELO identifies safety, fraud, sanctions, provider-rule, legal, compliance, security, payment, or reputational risk.
