DEELO Project Payments / SmartBiz Solutions

Privacy Policy

Version: 2.5-launch1 | Effective date: 2026-06-02

Launch 1 positioning note

DEELO provides project-payment coordination software. For crypto payments, users interact with wallets and smart contracts; DEELO does not hold user crypto funds. Fiat payments, when enabled, are processed by third-party payment providers. DEELO is not a payroll, employment, investment, exchange, banking, or legal arbitration service.

This Privacy Policy explains how SmartBiz Solutions collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information in connection with DEELO.

DEELO may collect account information, contact information, wallet identifiers, blockchain references, Project information, Project Phase details, Milestone Deliverable records, payment workflow status, review records, escalation records, support communications, and platform activity records.

Wallet and blockchain information may include public wallet addresses, connected networks, transaction hashes, smart contract addresses, on-chain events, signature records, and public blockchain activity. Public blockchain data may be permanent and outside DEELO control.

For provider-processed fiat beta workflows, DEELO may collect or process payment-provider references, payment status, connected-account readiness, provider onboarding status, webhook records, refund or chargeback references, manual reconciliation notes, and provider audit records. DEELO may exchange relevant information with third-party payment providers, such as Stripe, where needed for onboarding, payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance, refunds, chargebacks, payouts, reconciliation, support, or account review.

DEELO may use information to operate accounts, wallet-based sign-in, project-payment workflows, Pre-funded Project and Fund as You Go workflows, provider-processed fiat beta controls, support requests, security monitoring, dispute handling, Escalated Review, legal acceptance records, compliance checks, and Launch 1 beta controls.

DEELO may require identity, business, sanctions, fraud, wallet, payment provider, or risk verification on a risk-triggered basis. Triggers may include higher-value Projects, company or agency participation, Escalated Reviewer appointment, repeated disputes, suspicious activity, sanctions or fraud flags, cross-border risk, manual admin review, or fiat beta access.

Where verification, payment processing, fraud monitoring, sanctions screening, or compliance checks are required, DEELO may rely on third-party providers. Where possible, identity documents should be processed through provider-hosted verification rather than stored directly by DEELO.

DEELO may retain information as reasonably needed to operate the platform, resolve disputes, maintain audit and compliance records, enforce terms, meet legal or provider obligations, and protect against fraud or abuse.

DEELO will never ask for wallet seed phrases, private keys, or recovery phrases. Users are responsible for keeping their wallets, account access, devices, connected email, and payment-provider accounts secure.
