Crypto security path

You approve wallet actions

Crypto projects use a non-custodial path: users interact with their wallets and the applicable smart contract.

  • Your connected wallet remains under your control.
  • DEELO does not hold user crypto or ask for a seed phrase, private key, or wallet recovery phrase.
  • Check the network, token, amount, contract, and estimated network fee before approving a wallet prompt.
  • Confirmed blockchain actions can become final, so stop before signing if any detail is unexpected.

Fiat security path

Provider-handled payment steps

Fiat means provider-processed payments in ordinary currency. Fiat projects use verified account access and the applicable payment provider for supported card or bank-payment and payout actions.

  • Participants use verified email access for the Fiat workspace; a crypto wallet is not required.
  • Fiat payment processing and any required identity or business checks are handled through the applicable payment provider.
  • Review the Project amount, provider step, current status, and applicable costs before confirming a payment action.
  • Provider availability, payout, refund, and currency-conversion conditions can vary by account and payment route.

Project information and actions are limited to assigned participants and authorised roles.

Clear confirmations

Payment and review screens show the current status and required next step before submission.

Recorded project history

Project events, Milestone Deliverables, review outcomes, and payment references remain available to authorised participants.

Separated review decisions

Project Reviewer and Escalated Review outcomes are recorded separately from the applicable authorised payment action.

Know the payment boundary

Crypto and Fiat projects use separate payment processes. DEELO does not hold user crypto. Fiat payments, including supported card or bank-payment methods when available, are handled by the applicable payment provider. DEELO is not a bank, payroll provider, or crypto exchange.
