How payments are handled
Crypto and Fiat projects use separate payment processes. For crypto payments, users control their wallets and DEELO does not hold user crypto funds. Fiat means provider-processed payments in ordinary currency, such as supported credit or debit card payments and, where available, supported bank-payment methods. DEELO is not a bank, payroll provider, or crypto exchange.
Vendor workflow
- Review the Project Phase terms before accepting the work record.
- Check the Project Phase amount, payment model, expected gross amount, and any provider or payout cost you may choose later.
- Submit each Milestone Deliverable with clear evidence tied to the agreed conditions.
- Watch the Activity Timeline for Client review, Project Reviewer review, release, refund, or escalation records.
- If a correction is requested, revise the deliverable and resubmit where the Project Phase state supports it.
Payment progress
DEELO records Project Phase and Milestone Deliverable progress, but payment movement depends on the selected payment path, Project Phase state, smart-contract rules, provider availability where applicable, and required user actions.
A Project Reviewer recommendation or Escalated Review record does not move funds by itself.
