How payments are handled
Crypto and Fiat projects use separate payment processes. For crypto payments, users control their wallets and DEELO does not hold user crypto funds. Fiat means provider-processed payments in ordinary currency, such as supported credit or debit card payments and, where available, supported bank-payment methods. DEELO is not a bank, payroll provider, or crypto exchange.
Release and refund checks
- Confirm who is authorised to perform the action.
- Confirm whether the action is irreversible after wallet confirmation.
- Check the amount to be released or refunded.
- Check whether any open review or dispute condition blocks the action.
- Check which wallet or party pays the network fee.
Review outcomes
Project Reviewer and Escalated Review records help document whether a submitted Milestone Deliverable supports release, correction, non-release, refund, or no further DEELO platform-level action. These records do not automatically move funds.
Evidence to keep
- Original Project Phase conditions and Milestone Deliverable requirements.
- Submitted files, links, screenshots, notes, and acceptance records.
- Correction requests and resubmission notes.
- Activity Timeline records showing review and outcome history.
