What an evidence pack should support
An evidence pack should help a reviewer understand the original work-item conditions, the milestone deliverable, the vendor submission, Client feedback, review notes, and relevant timeline events.
Project Reviewer role
A Project Reviewer compares submitted work against agreed project or milestone conditions and records a platform-review outcome. This is mainly a technical or project-review role.
Escalated Reviewer role
An Escalated Reviewer supports higher-level review cases and records platform-level recommendations. In Launch 1, escalated review does not automatically move funds.
Why evidence matters
Clear evidence records reduce ambiguity and help each party understand the basis for review outcomes, release recommendations, refund recommendations, or no-payment recommendations.
